This is a TouchDesigner .tox (component) file that takes an image/movie input and adds a glowing border. The glow color is based on the color of the pixel at the edge of the image.  There must be a transparent border on the input – put your source image into a Fit TOP and scale/position it before sending it to the GlowingEdges component. Use the slider to control the strength of the glow.
